Solo Wilderness First Aid
The Wilderness First Aid course is a great introduction to wilderness medicine for any outdoor enthusiast. Over the two day course you will participant in many hands on scenarios to reinforce skills learned. Topics will include: Response and Assessment, Musculoskeletal Injuries, Environmental Emergencies, Survival Skills, Soft Tissue Injuries, and Medical Emergencies. The class will take place in the Frederick City Watershed Saturday 8am to 5pm and Sunday 8am to 4pm.
